Suspension of Disbelief
We each of us have been accustomed to getting second hand information from third rate operators. Suspension of disbelief requires letting go of all preconceived notions of what we think we know, consider that we may be wrong, and be open to any and all possibilities. Mostly, it requires that you see for yourself, first hand what lay truly beyond the veil of your mind. You reach a point where you’ve struggled so hard and so long all life becomes about is safeguarding what you have by falling in line, but still that never seems to satisfy. You can’t always play it safe, sometimes you have to take a chance. Seek nothing, gain nothing. But you have to offer something up to get something back. Unfortunately nothing’s gained from nothing lost, sometimes it comes at great sacrifice, even the ultimate.
